Procedure

Pilot Aptitude Test conducted by Alchemist Aviation. Medical Examination (Class II) by DGCA paneled doctor. Medical form along with all test reports is to be sent to DGCA New Delhi for issue of Medical Assessment, which the DGCA sends to the students home mailing address.

Admission: At the time of admission, students will submit attested copies of X & XII mark sheets which are to be sent to the respective Board for verification. A letter for police verification is also sent to the SP of the direct.

Batches start from the 6th or the first Monday of every month.

After deposit of fees the students will report to the Principal/CFI for their ground class schedules.

6th to 20th of every month classes for Students Pilots License (SPL) and Flight Radio Telephony License (Restricted) FRTOL(R) will be held at Jamshedpur .

Examination of SPL and FRTOL will be held between 20th and 22nd of each month.

SPL results are sent to DAW Kolkata, Civil Aviation Department for approval. SPL issued after getting clearance from DGCA and receiving the Class II medical assessment.

Student Pilots may apply for an appointment for Class I medical after getting their SPL issued. Class I medical is mandatory for CPL Licenses and is conducted at AFCME Delhi or at IAM Bangalore

Papers for FRTOL (R) are sent to DGCA New Delhi after issue of SPL and receipt of mark sheet verification and medical assessment. FRTOL, Medical Assessment are received from the DGCA in 20-25 working days.

Students can fill forms for allotment of computer number and start appearing for DGCA exams in the Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct sessions.

Students can now start flight training under the Chief Flight Instructor.

Students wanting to appear for CPL papers must complete so ??? of flying.
 
 
After completion of 200 hrs of training and passing all theory subject, papers for issue of license are forwarded to DGCA, New Delhi . CPL received by student after 20-25 working days.
